Living in Video: Turtles for Alex

Thanks from the bottom of our hearts to everyone at Neo and everyone who came out to Turtles For Alex, a fundraiser for Alex Baron, a great little dude who loves the Ninja Turtles, is a friend of the GlitterGuts family, and who is struggling with a painful, lifelong affliction called Juvenile Dermatomyositis. And aside from all the heavy shit, it was a really great night with some of the best music and weirdest videos the new wave era had to offer, courtesy of DJs Kamar and Jeff Moyer! Especially when someone dropped They Might Be Giants’ “Istanbul (Not Constantinople)” and everyone went nuts. I’d never heard that one at a dance patrty before.
