The Fall Ball was a huge production put together by Salonathon’s Jane Beachy and Chicago’s preeminent punk rock marching band Mucca Pazza.The band played two sets, one as a buttoned up orchestra playing waltzes and tangos and one that filled the Logan Square auditorium with the sounds of their usual, high-kicking gypsy cacophony. The band collaborated with Erin Kilmurray (and the Fly Honeys), Kokumo, Tom Musick, Christa Creps (of Man is Man) and more to create a truly unique experience. Swaguerrilla provided the beats in between sets and Logan Square was dressed to the nines.
