Hellaween is becoming one of my favorite yearly events: a costumed breakdance battle in a northside circus warehouse. Crews came from all over the country to battle out with local legends at Alternatives in Uptown, and any event that can bring together Hollywood Holt, Sharkula, Orville Kline, the Brickheadz, The Freak Show, and host Popsquali Omniscience as a big, black Space Ghost is going above and beyond the call of duty.
