Internet geniuses have run all the fact-checkable data (including weather patterns, basketball scores, and Ice Cube’s touring schedule) to determine that the very good, once-in-a-lifetime good day Ice Cube raps about in “It Was A Good Day” took place on January 20, 1992. Every January, Bump & Grindcore intends to team up with GroundLift Media to celebrate the anniversary of a glorious day revolving around good food, good sex, fun with friends, classic West Coast g-funk rap, and absolutely no need for violence. The first edition was hosted by Ernest Wilkins with music by Pickel, All the Way Kay, and Big Once!
