It’s been so long since I’ve been at a show with actual LIGHTING DESIGN (as opposed to clamp lights at dive bars and lasers and video walls at nightclubs that when I saw the rig at the Chopin Theatre (designed by Jared Moore), I had to play around with my new camera. It also didn’t hurt that the Fly Honey show is kind of a variety show-cum-feminist burlesque revue full of sexy people being sexy in their skivvies. So there’s that if you’re into it. Although this is more me wanking with lights and colors and Photoshop slider bars than actually making wank material. You know how it is.
